What to expect
How long we are going to take
The times we hold to, not the ones that look good in a table.
- Sales and general inquiries
- The same business day. An email on Friday afternoon gets answered on Monday, and we would rather say that than pretend there is a weekend shift.
- Support for active accounts
- The same business day, and sooner when the problem has somebody stuck.
- Security, legal and procurement
- Up to two business days. Those answers are reviewed by whoever wrote the code, not by a compliance form.
- What will not happen
- You do not enter an automated email sequence and no call center calls you. If we write twice and you do not answer, we stop.
