A per-seat license charges you the same for someone who logs in twice a month and someone who has the agent drafting all day. Here you pay the real model spend when the agent works, and you see it turn by turn.

The credit ladder

What each thing costs, with the conversation in front of you

Three real jobs of different sizes, with the tools the agent runs in each one.

  • 80 to 200 credits

    Everyday questions

"What did we agree with this supplier in March?" The agent searches the vault, reads the three notes that matter and answers citing where each fact came from.

    agent · legal

What did we agree with Andina Seguros in March?

    search_vault 3 notes · no credit

    read_note acta-directorio-2026-03-14.md

You agreed to renew for twelve months with a rate review in September. It is in the minutes of March 14 and in clause four of the contract.

  • 300 to 900 credits

    Half a morning of work

Rewrite a process manual with what changed this quarter, link it to the meeting notes where it was decided, and create the review tasks.

    agent · purchasing

Update the purchasing manual with what changed this quarter and leave the review tasks.

search_vault this quarter · no credit

    write_note manual-compras.md · 4 sections

    create_task 3 reviews

Done. Every change is linked to the minutes where it was decided, and the three reviews are assigned.

  • 2,000 to 6,000 credits

    A whole project

Sort five years of one department's documentation: classify, summarize, spot duplicates and leave a navigable index with links between documents.

    agent · people

Sort the five years of department documentation.

index 1,284 files · no credit

classify by year and by process

    write_note indice.md · 240 links

You have a navigable index and a list of 96 likely duplicates, to review before deleting anything.

One agent turn runs around 190 credits, the measured average of US$0.19. That is why one question fits in a single turn and sorting a five-year archive takes dozens.

What consumes and what does not

You only pay when the agent works

Indexing runs on your own server with a local model, and search is a query against your database. Dump twenty years of documentation in and search it every day without spending a credit.

Consumes credit

The agent works

Every conversation turn with the agent, and every automation that fires on its own.

A turn is your question and everything the agent does to answer it: read, search, write and check. What is billed is the spend the model reported, not an estimate of ours.

Consumes nothing

Uploading and indexing documents

Indexing runs on your own server with a local model. You can upload your entire document history without spending a credit.

Searching and browsing the graph

Hybrid search and the link graph are queries against your own database. Search as often as you like.

Recalling past conversations

When the agent searches what you already discussed, it uses a full-text query rather than the model. Zero cost.

People talking to people

Direct messages, groups, project chat, attachments and notifications.

Questions

What people ask before signing

Two of these answers are less comfortable than the brochure version. They are the ones that prevent a complaint in month one.

Is the trial really free?
Yes, and the Trial never asks for a card. It is 10,000 courtesy credits that do not expire, with every feature open. Signup is not self-serve: you leave your company, your name and a work email, confirm the email, and a person on our team creates the account and writes back. A charge only appears if you later take a paid plan, and it happens in the checkout, off this site.
What can I get done with 40,000 credits?
Around 210 working conversations with the agent a month, at the measured average of US$0.19 per turn. In practice that is a department of ten or fifteen people asking things daily plus two or three large jobs a month. Uploading and indexing your entire document history is not part of that count, because it consumes no credit. How a turn is measured.
Why step up from Basic to Pro?
For two reasons you can divide out. The price goes from US$80 to US$150 and the credit from 40,000 to 90,000, so a working conversation drops from US$0.38 to US$0.32: on Pro every dollar buys more work. On top of that comes the governance layer, which Basic does not carry: scheduled automations, encrypted secrets, white label and access to the hash-chained audit. If your usage fits in Basic and nobody is asking you for governance, stay on Basic.
Do you charge per user?
No. The people line on a plan is a commercial term, not a per-seat charge: two fifteen-person companies pay the same even if one asks the agent for three times the work. What varies is credit, and credit is consumed by the agent working, not by having a session open.
Does the credit I do not use roll over to the next month?
It does not roll over. Your monthly allotment is applied by us at the start of your cycle, and nothing adds the leftover from the previous month to the new balance. What does exist is the mid-month top up: the owner requests it from the panel and we load it. We would rather say it that way than promise a rollover the system does not perform.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. Write to us and the change applies to the same company: nothing to migrate and nothing to re-index, because your vault is untouched. There is no lock-in and no penalty for moving down.
Does every plan include every feature?
The core does. Vault, hybrid search, graph, agent, departments with permissions and people-to-people messaging are on all four. What Pro adds is the governance layer: scheduled automations, encrypted secrets, white label and the hash-chained audit of every tool the agent runs. During the trial everything is open so you can evaluate the whole thing.
What happens if I run out of credit mid-month?
You see it coming in Settings, under AI usage, with daily spend for the last two weeks. The system records and shows consumption today, but it does not stop the agent on its own: if you go over, you will see it and we will tell you. From that same screen the owner requests more credit. We put it that way rather than promise an automatic cutoff that is not wired into the agent path yet.
How do I get the most out of my credits?
Three concrete things. Upload all your documentation, including the old material: indexing costs nothing and the agent answers better with more context. Use search and the graph to find things, which also cost nothing, and save the agent for what has to be written or decided. And ask for whole jobs rather than twenty loose questions, because every turn carries the whole department context: one well-framed request goes further than five half-formed ones.
